Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum of one year in case management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an appropriate caseload as determined by CMHA and the funder.
• Provide direct care to clients, including education and skill building.
• Develop and review individualized treatment plans with clients.
