Job summary

CMHA in New Britain, CT is hiring a full-time 2nd shift Residential Monitor for the TLC team, located at 66 Clinic Dr New Britain, CT 06051. Sun–Thu 4:00pm–12:00am, salary starts at $19.00 per hour.

The role provides client support to build daily living skills, coordinates transportation for appointments, and reports progress to program staff to support recovery goals. Internal mobility and career pathing are emphasized to help employees grow from staff to leadership.

Position Details

CMHA is looking to hire full-time, 2nd shift Residential Monitor for our TLC (Transitional Living Center) Team. This position will be located at 66 Clinic Dr New Britain, CT 06051. Sun-Thurs 4:00pm-12:00am

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position starts at $19.00 per hour.

Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. Summary

Provides support to the program team by assisting clients with achieving daily living skills and routine activities/chores. Provides staff coverage to the program as identified by program schedule. Assists clients with maintaining all outside appointments and activities by providing transportation and reporting back to program staff clients’ accomplishments and information related to client care.
