Qualifications

• BA in a related field or 2–3 years of experience in developmental disabilities (equivalent experience considered).
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client records and coordinate services accurately.
• Solutions-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Authorization & Compliance: Track and manage client authorizations; Monitor service utilization and flag discrepancies; Maintain organized records to support audit readiness.
• Client Support & Communication: Maintain regular contact with families; Respond to questions, concerns, or service changes; Support and conduct home visits as introduced; Document client updates and communication accurately.
• Worker Matching & Service Coordination: Match clients with appropriate respite workers; Support transition planning when a worker leaves; Provide follow-up to ensure successful worker placement.
• Quality & Issue Resolution: Monitor service satisfaction and performance; Address issues involving families and providers; Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex cases; Support continuous improvement of service delivery.
