Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Able to obtain and record vital signs accurately.
• Proficient in reading and writing skills in English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bi-lingual Spanish highly desired.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license, active license for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and clerical support in a care setting.
• Transport patients to off-site appointments using center vans.
• Ensure continuity of patient care and effective team communication.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
• Perform clerical tasks and manage phones when needed.
• Support daily dorm cleaning and patient laundry as required.
• Coordinate mealtime needs for patients and assist with meals.
