Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with nurses and program manager to set priorities and communicate patient data findings.
• Maintain timely verbal and written communication for patient care and center operations.
• Provide safe transportation for patients to off-site appointments using center vans.
• Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Maintain inventory, stock supplies, and assist with clerical tasks.
• Answer phones and triage calls as needed.
• Support end-of-life care with patient dignity and comfort.
• Assist with dorm cleaning and patient laundry; coordinate meal service.
