360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Respite Care Provider to support children and teens with developmental disabilities in Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, and Morro Bay. You’ll help with daily activities, reinforce skills, and follow behavior plans in a structured setting.

Paid training begins on day one and there are clear pathways for growth and leadership. Enjoy a balanced schedule with part-time hours and potential to expand to full-time.

Respite Care Provider– Inspire, Teach, and Make an Impact

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs: M-F 3pm-10 + Sat 10am-3pm/Sun 10am-3pm or M-F 9am-6pm
