360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician in Santa Maria, CA. This part-time, hybrid role offers $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with a minimum 15–20 hours per week and potential path to full-time based on center needs.
You will provide 1:1 support to children and teens with developmental disabilities and implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You’ll start with paid training, receive mileage reimbursement for outreach, and work a schedule Monday–Friday 3:00pm–7:00pm.
