Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. You will work 1:1 with clients, implementing ABA-driven strategies under supervision, and track progress to ensure steady development.

The role offers paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a path to full-time opportunities depending on center needs and availability. A compassionate, reliable, and patient mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience providing ABA-based support is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children/teens with developmental disabilities.
• Follow ABA treatment plans under supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data to guide next steps.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and teammates to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA and company policy compliance.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs:

Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturdays & Sundays between the hours of 9:00am -2:00pm

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
