Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional to Inspire, Teach, and Make an Impact. The role supports children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities, with paid training and structured career pathways.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.50 per hour, starting part-time (15–20 hours/week) and potential to move to full-time based on needs and availability. Locations include Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Ventura and Simi Valley, with mileage reimbursement for clients over 20

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs:

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:00am to 10:00pm
• Weekends- Between the hours of 10am to 5pm
• Weekends Availability a PLUS!
