Job summary

Circle the City in Phoenix seeks a Director of Respite Operations to lead the Midtown Medical Respite Center and drive financial, clinical quality, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction targets.

You will mentor licensed nurses, manage staffing and compliance with ADHS, oversee admissions and discharges, and partner with HR to train and retain staff while ensuring efficient, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) required.
• Current RN license in good standing (AZ).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare with 3+ years leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of licensed nurses, administrative staff, and clinical support.
• Ensure licensure and credentials are up to date for all nursing staff.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, and inventory management.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and prepare for surveys by regulators.
• Provide mentorship and performance management for staff; drive patient safety and satisfaction.
