Job summary

Circle the City seeks an RN Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Downtown Family Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a diverse team, manage staffing, and ensure financial and clinical targets are met while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

In partnership with leadership, you will uphold licensing standards, drive process improvements, and champion a patient-centered approach to care for families facing homelessness.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with AZ State Board.
• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• 4 years in medical environment; 3 years leadership.
• Arizona driver’s license required.
• Spanish bilingual preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Leads administrative staff, licensed nurses, medical assistants, phlebotomists, and drivers.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train staff as growth or vacancy occurs.
• Conducts performance management including evaluations and improvement plans.
• Oversees front and back office duties and patient flow.
• Manages staff schedules within approved budgets and timecards.
• Directs clinic operations to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery.
• Oversees scheduling, calendars, and daily walk-in volume.
• Ensures compliance with ADHS licensing and other standards.
