Oviedo Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor Respiratory Therapy to oversee clinical operations in the Cardiopulmonary Department. The role covers diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care for inpatients and outpatients, including EKG and bedside pulmonary function testing.

Compliance with hospital policies is essential. The supervisor will ensure patient-centered care, coordinate staff, and uphold quality standards across acute and ambulatory services.

Qualifications

• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Accounts for EKG, Holter monitor and bedside pulmonary function procedures.
• Works within Cardiopulmonary Department policies and hospital standards.
