MediLodge of Livingston, located at 3003 W Grand River Ave, Howell, MI 48843, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Manager to provide clinical direction and in-services on respiratory care across the facility.

The role requires CRT or RRT licensure and CPR certification, with a preference for Vent Certified. One year of LTAC/long-term care experience is desirable as you lead a team and ensure high-quality patient care.

Competenze

• CRT or RRT license and AMA-approved school for respiratory care required.
• Valid license in state employed; CPR certification.
• One year of respiratory therapy experience in long-term care preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical direction and in-services regarding patient care and respiratory issues.
• Record respiratory care data, consults, and communications with physicians and staff.
• Ensure equipment storage, signage, and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
• Handle routine communications, filing, and paging as needed.
• Assess patients' respiratory needs, oxygenation, and ventilator status; respond to emergencies.
