Qualifications

• CRT or RRT license and AMA approved school graduate.
• Valid CPR certification and long-term care exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services within the practitioner scope on a scheduled basis.
• Record all pertinent information in patient charts and care plans.
• Maintain respiratory equipment and ensure proper storage and documentation.
• Communicate with facility staff regarding clinical and operational issues.
• Assess respiratory needs, oxygenation, and ventilator status; act as needed.
• Complete TARs monthly and support regulatory requirements.
