Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience in respiratory care for acute care delivery.
• Leadership experience as a shift, team, educator or departmental leader is required.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage operations for the respiratory care department.
• Coordinate emergency response and on-call coverage; ensure quality care.
• Assist with orientation, scheduling, performance feedback, and disciplinary processes.
• Support policy development, education materials, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership presence and staffing coverage including holidays and weekends as scheduled.
