Job summary

Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital seeks an experienced Respiratory Therapy supervisor to assist management in monitoring operations and productivity across the department. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities with leadership, and support the delivery of quality patient care.

The role requires Oregon licensure, NBRC-RRT, BLS on hire, and at least three years of clinical respiratory care experience. ACLS/PALS due within 90 days, and NRP within six months of hire are expected.

Qualifications

• Current state of Oregon Respiratory Care License required.
• Current NBRC-RRT registration required.
• BLS required upon hire.
• Three years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire; NRP required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assists management in monitoring operations and productivity of assigned department(s).
• Supervises staff, coordinates activities with leadership and provides support for efficient delivery of quality services.
• Assumes management responsibilities as needed.
