The role develops curricula, assesses student progress, maintains records, and supports student success through engaging lectures, labs, and program coordination.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree required.
• 4 years respiratory therapy clinical experience required.
• Current state license and valid RRT credential required.
• Direct and specialized knowledge in instruction is required.
• Ability to design engaging educational content for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver class objectives in a clear, concise manner.
• Foster and maintain a safe classroom and lab environment.
• Maintain curriculum accuracy and stay updated with industry standards.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams and labs.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students succeed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and progress.
• Deliver engaging lectures and lab sessions on topics, procedures and troubleshooting.
