Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree is required.
• 4 Years related experience as an RRT.
• Must hold a current state license AND a valid RRT Credential.
• Ability to design engaging instructional content for diverse learners.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver class objectives in a clear, concise manner.
• Foster and maintain a safe learning environment in classrooms and labs.
• Maintain curriculum accuracy by keeping up to date with industry standards.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practicals.
• Provide feedback and support to help students achieve success.
• Report on at-risk students and develop individualized success plans.
• Deliver engaging lectures and lab sessions on assigned topics.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and progress records.
