Concorde Career Colleges seeks a dynamic Respiratory Therapy Program Director to lead the program and mentor faculty and students. You will shape curriculum, ensure instructional quality, and uphold accreditation standards across the department.

The role requires an RRT with CoArc educator experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a current state license. You’ll recruit and train faculty, monitor learning environments, and collaborate on budgeting and program growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years clinical experience as an RRT.
• Two years’ experience in a CoArc accredited program as an educator or clinical preceptor.
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
• Must hold a valid Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) credential.
• Must hold a current state license.

Responsibilities

• Set the example and be the role model for professionalism and conduct for program staff and students.
• Ensure academic quality of the instruction provided to the students.
• Recruit, train, orient, and supervise faculty for the department.
• Ensure engaging learning experiences in a respectful environment.
• Adhere to policies and accreditor standards.
• Ensure program accreditation compliance and timely reporting.
• Teach classes as needed and assist with curriculum development.
• Participate in budgeting and procurement to meet program needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students and staff.
