Job summary

South College Atlanta campus invites applications for the position of Full-Time Faculty Respiratory Therapy. We are seeking a team-oriented individual with excellent communication and organization skills.

The role involves providing instruction for DMS courses, evaluating students, maintaining records, and expanding clinical sites for the Respiratory Therapy program. Strong teaching standards and collaboration with affiliates are essential.

Qualifications

• Earned at least a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid RRT credential and current state license.
• Minimum four years’ experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least two years in clinical respiratory care.
• Minimum two years’ experience teaching either as an appointed faculty member in a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program or as a clinical instructor/preceptor for students of such programs

Requirements

• Hold a valid Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) credential and current state license
• Have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least two (2) years in clinical respiratory care;
