Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking a Director of Respiratory Therapy to provide leadership, direction, and administrative oversight for respiratory therapy services across facility-level programs. The role drives strategy, establishes practice standards, staffing frameworks, and competency pathways to support clinical excellence, safety, and patient-centered care.

The director will partner with nursing and operations to align goals, monitor performance, and advance respiratory care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Respiratory specialty, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience is required, with at least three (3) years in progressive leadership roles.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current valid license.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational leadership for Respiratory services across facility programs.
• Lead productivity management, workforce deployment, and resource utilization.
• Establish departmental goals and monitor performance toward outcomes.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing and operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practice.
