• Associate degree required; Bachelor's in Respiratory, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in progressive leadership roles.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current license.

Responsibilities

• Lead respiratory therapy services with direct operational oversight across facility programs.
• Develop staffing frameworks, workforce development strategies and competency pathways.
• Establish and monitor clinical quality indicators; promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with nursing and operations leaders to align goals and drive performance.
• Monitor financial performance and resource utilization within respiratory services.
