The role advances respiratory care strategy, establishes practice standards, staffing frameworks, workforce development, and competency pathways to support clinical excellence while aligning operational performance and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree; Bachelor’s preferred in respiratory or healthcare admin.
• Minimum seven years in healthcare, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current license.

Responsibilities

• Advance the respiratory care strategy aligned with priorities and best practices.
• Establish departmental goals and monitor progress toward outcomes.
• Partner with nursing and operations for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Senior respiratory care leader and escalation point for issues.
• Define and monitor clinical quality indicators and improvements.
