Evergreen Healthcare Group seeks a Director of Respiratory Therapy to lead and oversee respiratory services across facility programs. You will set practice standards, staffing frameworks, and competency pathways to deliver safe, high-quality care, while aligning with financial stewardship and organizational goals.

This senior role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with nursing and operations, and a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement across all respiratory

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's in Respiratory or related field preferred.
• Seven years of relevant experience; minimum three in progressive leadership roles.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current license.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational performance of Respiratory services.
• Lead productivity management and staffing deployment.
• Identify and implement operational improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Monitor key operational and financial metrics and address gaps.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Respiratory services across programs.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
