Job summary

The role advances care strategy, sets practice standards, staffing frameworks, and competency pathways to support clinical excellence and financial stewardship.

The position requires seven years of related experience, with at least three in progressive leadership roles, and an active Registered Respiratory Therapist license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of associate degree from an accredited school.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Respiratory specialty, healthcare administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative oversight for respiratory therapy services.
• Set practice standards, staffing frameworks, and competency pathways.
• Collaborate with nursing and operations leaders to promote interdisciplinary care.
• Serve as the senior respiratory care leader and escalation point for operations and clinical issues.
• Monitor quality indicators and drive improvement in patient outcomes.
