Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group in Vancouver, WA seeks a Director of Respiratory Therapy to provide leadership, administrative oversight for respiratory services, and ensure high-quality, safe patient-centered care across facility programs.

This role develops practice standards, staffing frameworks, competency pathways, and workforce development while aligning clinical excellence with operational performance and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred in respiratory or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience with at least three (3) years in progressive leadership roles.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current active license.

Responsibilities

• Lead respiratory services across facility programs.
• Direct operational performance for respiratory care delivery and staffing.
• Develop goals, monitor outcomes, and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with nursing and operations for interdisciplinary objectives.
• Escalation point for operational and clinical issues in respiratory care.
• Maintain practice standards compliant with policy, regulation, and evidence-based practice.
