Job summary

American-Advanced-Management,-Inc is seeking a Respiratory Manager to organize and direct the Cardio-Pulmonary Department. You will lead staff, manage payroll and budgeting, and ensure compliance with JCAHO, OSHA and local regulations.

You will participate in committees, develop staff, and uphold quality and safety standards while coordinating education and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Credentialed by the NBRC as a CRT or RRT.
• Current license by the State Board of Respiratory Care Examiner.
• Minimum of three years management experience in respiratory care.
• Strong reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, leads and coordinates activities of the Cardio-Pulmonary Department.
• Ensures compliance with JCAHO, OSHA and state/local requirements.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting and payroll for the department.
