Kalesta Healthcare Group in Seattle, WA is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our care team. You will work closely with nursing and therapy staff to support residents with respiratory needs and drive positive outcomes. Experience with ventilator management is a plus.

This full-time role offers relocation assistance to Washington and a sign-on bonus. Ideal candidates hold a Washington RCP license, CRT/RRT, and demonstrate excellent communication, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Washington State license/certification as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
• Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CRT or RRT preferred).
• Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders (nebulizers, suctioning, oxygen).
• Assess and monitor residents' respiratory status; report changes promptly.
• Document treatments and resident responses accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on individualized care plans.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
• Ensure cleaning, maintenance and proper functioning of respiratory equipment.
