Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in respiratory therapy preferred.
• Experience with ventilator management in skilled nursing or hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform chest assessments and respiratory examinations.
• Consult with team members to modify treatment plans.
• Administer therapies, including oxygen and aerosol medications.
• Monitor ventilator-dependent residents and initiate support.
• Educate residents and families on respiratory treatments.
