Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapy license is required.
• RRT or CRT credential required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience with ventilator patients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Administer prescribed therapies including oxygen and bronchodilators.
• Monitor ventilator settings and participate in weaning protocols.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and perform CPR as needed.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care.
• Document care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain respiratory equipment and inventories.
