Qualifications

• Ability to work under stress and respond quickly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory care as ordered by physician.
• Monitor mechanical ventilation and ABG results.
• Document and update patient plans and care documentation.
• Verify physician orders and operate respiratory equipment.
• Assist with airway management and weaning from ventilation.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Participate in department meetings and rounds.
