Job summary

Performance Home Medical in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our patient‑focused team. This full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional on‑call rotation, and involves home visits, equipment setup, and patient education to support respiratory therapies.

As part of our team you’ll educate patients and caregivers, perform device setup and troubleshooting, and document care thoroughly to ensure compliance and quality

Qualifications

• CRT/RRT credential required or equivalent
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies
• Experience conducting home visits and coordinating with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting respiratory devices and equipment

Responsibilities

• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on respiratory therapies and equipment management
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on respiratory devices (CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, cough assist devices, oscillation vests)
• Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care
• Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing
• Complete thorough documentation to maintain compliance and patient records
