Job summary

Performance Home Medical is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our team in Everett, WA. The role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional on-call rotation.

You will educate patients and caregivers, set up and troubleshoot CPAP, vents, and related devices, and conduct home visits to assess needs and provide follow-up care.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate, support, and empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on respiratory therapies and equipment management.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, cough assist devices, and oscillation vests.
• Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.
• Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation to maintain compliance and patient records.
