Job summary

Performance Home Medical in Kent, WA is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our patient‑centered team. The role features a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional on‑call rotations, and includes a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.

You will educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies, set up and troubleshoot CPAP/Bi‑level therapy, home ventilators, and related devices, and conduct home and hospital visits.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT certification is required.
• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license (Oregon license a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home and hospital visits.
• Passion for patient care and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Educate, support, and empower patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies and equipment.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators and related devices.
• Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.
• Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing.
• Complete timely documentation to maintain compliance and patient records.
