Performance Home Medical in Gresham, OR seeks a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our clinical team. The role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation, providing care to patients in home and clinical settings.

You will educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies, set up and troubleshoot devices, and document care activities to ensure safety and compliance. Join a supportive team focused on improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT certification is required.
• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Texas, in accordance with state regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for home and hospital visits.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsabilités

• Educate, support, and empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on respiratory therapies and equipment management.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on a variety of medical devices, including CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, cough assist devices, oscillation vests.
• Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.
• Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation to maintain compliance and patient records.
