Job summary

Performance Home Medical in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our healthcare team. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional on-call rotation, enabling meaningful patient care with predictability.

You will educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies, set up and troubleshoot CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, cough assist devices, and oscillation vests, and perform home and clinic visits with thorough

Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist license.
• Valid driver's license for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on respiratory therapies and equipment management.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, cough assist devices, oscillation vests.
• Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.
• Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing; maintain thorough documentation.
