Performance Home Medical in Tualatin, OR is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our patient‑centered team. This full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional on‑call rotations and involves home and hospital visits to support patients with respiratory therapy needs.

You’ll educate patients and caregivers on devices such as CPAP/Bi‑level therapy, home ventilators, and other equipment, ensuring proper setup, use, and documentation

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT certification.
• Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home and hospital visits.

Responsibilities

• Educate, support, and empower patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies and equipment management.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, and related devices.
• Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.
• Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection, testing, and documentation.
