Job summary

Nashua Post Acute and Healthcare Center seeks a Respiratory Therapist to join a 292-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility in Nashua, NH. This is a full-time role with a $40–$42/hr wage range and 40 hours per week.

You will perform assessments, develop and evaluate treatment plans with physicians, manage ventilator-dependent residents, educate residents and families, and maintain accurate documentation. RRT credential and state licensure are required; 3+ years experience and

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC is required.
• Current state licensure required.
• Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management in SNF, LTACH, or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive chest assessments and respiratory examinations.
• Develop, evaluate, and modify individualized treatment plans with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct diagnostic testing including lung capacity measurements and blood gas levels.
