Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Banyan Pulmonary Services

What You’ll Do
- Provide hands‑on respiratory care (nebulizations, assessments, airway clearance, etc.)
- Track progress and adjust care plans.
- Collaborate with nursing and physicians to improve resident outcomes.
- Serve as the respiratory expert in the building.

Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) in good standing.
- BLS certification (ACLS if working with ventilators – may be obtained after hire).
- Graduate of an AMA‑approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain safety standards.
- Attention to detail and adherence to ethics.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Walk 10–12 hours per day.
- Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and handling equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and conditions.
- Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
- Tolerance for high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
