Sweetwater Care in Stockton, CA is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our nursing facility team. The role requires CA licensure, an active RRT credential, and ACLS/BLS certification, with options for full-time or part-time schedules and competitive pay.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will administer therapies, monitor patients, ensure infection control, document care, and coordinate with physicians and nurses to support pulmonary and cardiac needs.

Qualifications

• Current CA Respiratory Therapist licensure.
• Graduate of AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Active RRT credential.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Administers respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as ordered.
• Assesses patient pain interfering with rehabilitation and coordinates intervention.
• Follows infection control and equipment sterilization procedures.
• Documents pertinent data in the patient’s medical record.
• Operates and maintains respiratory therapy equipment safely.
• Collaborates with nurses and physicians to plan and adjust care.

Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure (CA)

Graduate of AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy

Active RRT credential

Current ACLS and BLS Certification
