Job summary

Qualifications

• Required Education: Associates Degree in Respiratory Care or completion of CoARC-accredited program.
• Preferred Education: same plus 2 years of experience in critical care.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status and determine interventions.
• Deliver oxygen, aerosols, airway clearance, and other therapies.
• Manage ventilation and airway support, including invasive/noninvasive modes.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with physicians and nurses; assist with newborn stabilization when needed.
• Maintain equipment and uphold infection-prevention standards.
