Job summary

Kalesta Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our Washington-based care team. The RT will provide treatments, monitor respiratory status, and collaborate with nurses and therapists to optimize resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Washington State RCP license, has graduated from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, and brings experience with ventilator care or tracheostomy management. We offer competitive pay and a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State license/certification as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CRT or RRT preferred)
• Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders, including nebulizer treatments, suctioning, oxygen administration, etc.
• Assess and monitor residents’ respiratory status, promptly reporting changes to the nursing and medical team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments, interventions, and resident response
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans for residents with respiratory needs
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and equipment
• Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and functionality of respiratory therapy equipment

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our care team's in Washington. This role plays a key part in supporting residents with respiratory needs and working closely with nursing and therapy staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
