Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer and database use.

Responsibilities

The RT II collaborates with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans, delivers patient and family education, and mentors new staff and students. They promote quality and safe environments by ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to protocols, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. The role also involves supporting invasive and non-invasive procedures, pulmonary diagnostics, and contributing to a positive team environment.
