Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Manage ventilators, administer medications, and conduct procedures such as intubation and arterial blood gas analysis.
