The role requires 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT, or RCP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT, or RCP.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

They are responsible for ventilator management, airway procedures, arterial blood gas sampling, and patient education, ensuring high-quality and safe care while promoting evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives.
