Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Respiratory Care with documented training in NICU and/or Pediatrics.
• RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP), or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT), or Licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist (LCRT).
• State Registered Respiratory Therapist or State Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing assignments in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies.
• May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The staff respiratory therapist must demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care, with additional competency in NICU and Pediatric patient care. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for executing assignments in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

Qualifications:

- Graduated from an accredited school for Respiratory Care, recognized by the NBRC.

- At least one year of experience in Respiratory Care with documented training in NICU and/or Pediatrics.

• RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP), or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT), or Licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist (LCRT).
• State Registered Respiratory Therapist or State Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support or PALS Instructor certification.
• NRP certification.
• ACLS preferred (requirements are facility-based).
