Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care through assessments, therapy planning, and execution, including ventilator management, airway procedures, and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Promote patient safety by accurate documentation, adherence to safety protocols, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients, families, and staff, addressing biological, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Assist with invasive and non‑invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostics as required.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with a minimum of 20 science credits; Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, including at least 6 months in critical care.
• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist and related licenses; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required with instructor and provisional statuses as specified.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; proficient in computer and database use.
