Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Marietta, GA seeks a Respiratory Therapist II to deliver advanced respiratory care, ventilator management, and patient assessment in complex settings. You will work independently within a care team and mentor staff.

Responsibilities include medication administration, airway procedures, ABG sampling, patient education, and participation in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
• Ability to establish professional relationships with team members and patients.

• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, and perform airway procedures.

Job description

Role: Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in complex, critical care settings. This role involves independent decision-making, ventilator management, airway procedures, arterial blood gas sampling, and patient education. The RT II collaborates with healthcare teams, mentors staff and students, and participates in quality improvement and evidence-based practices to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
