Indiana University Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for Ball Memorial Hospital. You will evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, collaborating with nurses and clinicians to ensure optimal care.

This full-time night-shift role includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates and a relocation incentive up to $10,000. Requires Indiana RT license, CoARC-accredited program graduation, and NBRC registry; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Indiana.
• Graduation from a CoARC-accredited RT program.
• NBRC registry exam passed within 6 months of hire (6-month rule defined).
• Healthcare Provider Certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; handle confidential info.
• Basic computer skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders using appropriate modalities.
• Collaborate with nurses, senior RTs, and clinical specialists to ensure care quality.
• Support scheduling, rotation, and adherence to unit policies and safety.
