Position Details:

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Days, Nights, or Weekends Only
• Sign-On Bonus of $15,000 for Eligible External Candidates
• Relocation Bonus up to $10,000 for Eligible External Candidates
• Weekend Requirement: Every 4th Weekend

RTs evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, collaborating with hospital staff to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

• Current Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory care program
• Pass the NBRC registry exam within 6 months of hire or within 1 year of graduation
• Healthcare Provider Certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP are preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with EMR systems
